Stan Stouder, CCIM - Industrial

Professional Experience

Since 1981, Stan Stouder has been successful in the SW Florida real estate market as a broker, corporate site selector, investor and developer. Stan is a partner at CRE Consultants, formerly the Lee, Collier and Charlotte affiliate offices of CB Richard Ellis formed in 1998 after merging his company with two other companies.

Stan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in real estate from Indiana University, the CCIM designation, and is a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistics Programming. His real estate acumen is demonstrated as a perennial top producer, teacher, award-winning author and advisor on community and professional boards. He teaches business principals through the U.S. and internationally. Stan hosts the weekly television show Marketplace Wisdom on WRXY-TV.

Significant Assignments

After serving as the Regional Director Development for Twistee Treat, Stan accepted various commercial, industrial and investment real estate assignments. He has been involved with site selection, fee work for banks and attorneys, buyer representation and buying/selling mortgages at a discount.
