Professional Experience
Randal Mercer focuses on transactions, asset management and investment analysis for selected clients. His brokerage specialty is office and investment properties and has been widely considered the market leader for decades. Randal is a founding partner of CRE Consultants.
Randal as partner, has assisted in the management of the company's Fort Myers and Naples offices since 1998. He's assisted in policy implementation including new business development, client relations and brokerage services.
Previous to forming Commercial Real Estate Consultants, Randal was President of Mercer Investment Properties, a full service brokerage firm established in 1988. In this position, he directed the marketing campaigns for many multi-tenant and build-to-suit office developments and is considered one of the leading office-leasing specialists in Southwest Florida. Over the past twenty five years, Randal has been responsible for the leasing and sale of major properties in Southwest Florida.
