As a founding partner, Randal Mercer has assisted in guiding the company since 1998. He has been instrumental in developing company policies for new business development, client relations, brokerage services and asset services.

Randal is currently responsible for commercial property transactions, asset management and investment analysis for our clients. His brokerage specialty is office/investment properties and he has been considered one of Southwest Florida's market leaders for decades.

Pulte Homes Expands Headquarters in Bonita Springs

Pulte Home Corp. has expanded their existing headquarters at Walden Center to 24,345 square feet.

Walden Center is a Class A, two-building campus (96,000 SF) situated on 7.5+/- acres in the heart of Bonita Springs with convenient interconnectivity to Fort Myers and Naples. WCI Expands Headquarters

WCI Communities Inc. expanded its headquarters at Walden Center by 7,838 square feet, for a total occupied square footage of 36,256. The office team of Randal Mercer, Brandon Stoneburner and Nicole Gray of CRE Consultants negotiated the terms of the lease and expansion.

WCI Communities Inc. has been a tenant in the Walden Center for 18 years. Walden Center is a Class A, two-building campus (103,320 square feet) situated on 7.5 acres in Bonita Springs.

BIA Named Randal Mercer Board Member of the Year

The Lee Building Industry Association and its charitable arm, Builders Care, recently honored several professionals with the presentation of its annual membership awards and conducted the installation of officers and directors for 2015.

The Lee BIA honored Randal Mercer of CRE Consultants and Randy Thibaut of Land Solutions as Board Members of the Year. Mercer and Thibaut were lauded for their work in the political and legislative arenas; their service on the BIA’s search committee as the organization sought a new executive vice president; and in providing invaluable research and data for the housing and development industry through the 2014 Market Trends educational event.
