For more than 20 years, Mike Concilla has been a successful development, leasing and construction professional with a proven, consistent track record of strategic planning and leadership within the real estate industry.

Prior to joining CRE Consultants, Mike was the development executive for one of the most successful town center developments in the country. In addition, he has developed and built over 30 restaurants in Florida, and contributed to the development of 25 assisted living facilities across the country. He has extensive experience in market assessment, contract negotiation, due diligence, budgets and financial analysis, and construction oversight.

Mike also possesses six years of government planning experience directing the commercial development and subdivision review process of a fast-growing suburban community. His unique combination of experiences with his positions in the private and public sector has contributed to his effectiveness.

Mike’s multi disciplinary background helps him to better serve his clients, saving them time and money by offering a full range of services. A consistently top producer, Mike is a natural communicator and leader with strong motivational skills and the ability to build, produce and succeed.
