Professional Experience

Larry Foster, CCIM has been in the commercial real estate industry for more than 20 years as an investment specialist. He is the managing partner of CRE Consultants in Southwest Florida, with offices located in Fort Myers and Naples.

Larry has negotiated the sale of several properties with an aggregate value exceeding $500 million. In addition to retail and office investment sales he has extensive experience in retail leasing.

Larry joined CB Richard Ellis in 1982 and taught investment classes at CBRE’s training program for all new employees hired on the East Coast. Larry also spent four years as the Sales Manager of CBRE’s Indianapolis office.
