Jonathan Richards - Multi-Housing

Professional Experience

Jonathan Richards leads the CRE Consultants' Florida Multi-Housing Group which specializes in apartment and investment property sales. He has over 17 years of real estate experience, participating in the evaluation and sales of properties with a value in excess of $1 billion. He represented a wide range of clients, including institutions, private equity groups, public and private REITs, tax credit and tax- exempt bond investors, developers and condo converters.

Prior to CRE Consultants, Jonathan was the director of CBRE's multi-housing team covering the Southwest Florida market. Before joining CBRE, Jonathan was the managing director for a private equity investment firm which specialized in the development and management of multi-family income properties in Florida, Texas, Arizona and Nevada. He has also held management positions with several prominent high-technology firms in California and was a senior manager for KPMG’s Management Consulting Services in San Francisco.

A consistent top producer, Jonathan continues to leverage his extensive experience in investment property ownership, acquisitions, dispositions, development, and financing to meet the diverse needs of institutional and private clients in Southwest Florida.

Jonathan received his MBA from the University of San Francisco. He obtained his Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology
