Professional Experience

As Director of CRE Consultants Asset Services, Jim is responsible for overseeing management for the Southwest Florida markets including Lee, Charlotte and Collier counties. His role as a single point of responsibility is specifically designed to allow clients the ease of working with a trained and established professional who will protect their best interests.

Jim brings to clients more than 20 years of experience in Real Estate Management and over 32 years in Property Management for a wide variety of property types. His ability to provide best-in-class quality service has been demonstrated over the years in both client retention and increased profitability.

Prior to joining CRE Consultants, Jim was a Senior Real Estate Manager for CB Richard Ellis and an Area Mall Manager for Simon Properties (Melvin Simon & Associates). His property portfolios included enclosed retail malls, retail strip centers, office, medical, industrial and flex.

Jim is a CPM from the Institute of Real Estate Management and holds a Florida Real Estate License.
