Professional Experience

Hamish Williams specializes in retail, office and hotel sales and leasing. Williams has represented multi-national tenants and landlords in the USA and Europe. With over eighteen years in the commercial real estate brokerage industry, his experience includes office, industrial, hotel, asset management and investment sales. He has trained, mentored and managed over 20 agents during his career. He has a strong background in multiple areas of the logistics industry, primarily in marketing, transportation, analysis and sales.

For two years prior to joining CRE Consultants, Williams was with Metropolitan Holdings, Ltd. out of Columbus, Ohio where he acted as Director representing industrial and office landlords and tenants in Central Ohio.

Over the years he has been affiliated with some the top commercial real estate companies in the world. While living in Budapest, Hungary he was Director of the Office Leasing Department and Hotel & Leisure Division at Colliers International and Head of Office & Industrial Agency at Cushman & Wakefield.
