Professional Experience

Fred Kermani, CCIM, AIA is a licensed real estate broker and architect in Florida and California. He has been a partner of CRE Consultants since January 2002.

Fred is able to offer a unique service to his clients due to his extensive experience in design, planning and real estate, domestically as well as abroad. His multi-disciplinary background helps him to better serve his clients by saving them time and money, and offer a full range of services. Through feasibility studies and investment analysis, he assists his clients in making decisions on alternative investments and development opportunities and exploring the best use of their properties. Fred’s track record of success indicates that his hard work and dedication to serving his clients’ needs are paying off.

Fred has been practicing real estate in the U.S. since 1983. He has also been active in planning and architecture overseas and in the U.S. since 1967. He was instrumental in a number of major city master plans and transport networks earlier in his career. Fred participated in a number of residential and commercial developments in Naples. He has been involved in numerous significant commercial real estate transactions including vacant land and investment properties in Southwest Florida.
