Eric Eberhardt - Retail & Industrial

Professional Experience

Eric is a 30-year resident of Naples engaged with the community and its leaders. With over 25 years commercial banking experience and 15 years experience in real estate development, Eric brings extensive knowledge of both financing and real estate. Eric’s banking experience spans both money-center and community banks. His experience includes 7 years as a Senior Lending Officer, recently serving as Senior Vice President of Bank of Florida and Busey Bank of Illinois. Eric’s financing experience covers the spectrum from small owner-occupied commercial buildings to high-rise office, from local strip centers to regional malls and from small industrial properties to a 900,000 square foot manufacturing facility.

As a real estate developer, his company has successfully managed projects that include villas, mid-rise and high rise multi-family projects as well as a local golf course community. He was the recipient of the “Developer of the Year” award and “Sand Dollar” award for Glendevon at Wyndemere. In addition, Eric has owned and managed his own mortgage brokerage and real estate brokerage companies.
