Enn Luthringer specializes in all facets of asset management and investment analysis based upon his CCIM education and experience. Focusing primarily in the medical and professional office market, he regularly represents owners, tenants and investors in both leasing and analysis of office space. His responsibilities include actively marketing properties, financial lease analysis and preparation, and tactical lease negotiation for a wide range of owners with differing goals and objectives.
