Dan Guoan - Land

Professional Experience

Dan Guoan works primarily out of the Naples office, specializing in land.

Guoan is a Naples native and a “Gator”- a graduate from the University of Florida. In 1980 he switched careers from teaching to real estate, specifically commercial and agriculture real estate sales. Since that time, his specialty has become land acquisition for developers. Guoan has been involved in land site selections for several large developments and builders, including the Strand, Tuscany Bay, G.L. Homes, DiVosta Homes and several smaller development sites.

Over the years, Guoan put together a number of land syndications in Collier and Lee Counties and land assemblages for holding companies. Due to the existing market conditions, he is currently dealing with various banks on REO properties and short sales on fractured subdivisions and multi-family products. He is also the proud father of two wonderful daughters, Kristin and Morgan.
