Brandon Stoneburner is Senior Vice President at CRE Consultants specializing in sales and leasing of Office and Investment Assets. During his career, he spent the last ten years in Southwest Florida representing owners of all asset types ranging from land, retail, office, industrial and investment properties.

Brandon has also worked on the behalf of many national and local companies, as well as state agencies as their tenant representative. His in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and experience provides unparalleled problem solving and creative solutions for his clients’ needs.

Prior to CRE Consultants, Brandon was an Associate with CBRE and a Director with Cushman & Wakefield|Commercial Property Southwest Florida where he was actively involved in over 300 transactions.

CRE Consultants Sells Palisades Park Office Complex

Palisades Medical Properties, LP purchased Palisades Park, located at 6801-6831 Palisades Park Court in Fort Myers, FL from Palisades Office Park, LLC for $4,462,500. 

Palisades Park is a 43,200 square foot campus-style office complex situated on 5.17 acres on International Drive, just west of Six Mile Cypress Parkway, and south of Daniels Parkway. The park’s prominent South Fort Myers location, ideally-positioned in proximity to community amenities, transportation routes, and recreational attractions added strength to the overall investment opportunity. 

At the time of sale, Palisade Park’s four buildings were fully stabilized with an overall occupancy of 94%.

WCI Expands Headquarters

WCI Communities Inc. expanded its headquarters at Walden Center by 7,838 square feet, for a total occupied square footage of 36,256. The office team of Randal Mercer, Brandon Stoneburner and Nicole Gray of CRE Consultants negotiated the terms of the lease and expansion.

WCI Communities Inc. has been a tenant in the Walden Center for 18 years. Walden Center is a Class A, two-building campus (103,320 square feet) situated on 7.5 acres in Bonita Springs.


Millicorp Finalized Lease at Metro Park Executive Center

Millicorp leased 6,341 SF of office space located in Metro Park Executive Center at 4415 Metro Parkway, Suites 320 & 325, Fort Myers, FL from Coral Reef Metro, LLC. Randal L. Mercer and Brandon Stoneburner of CRE Consultants represented the lessor and Chase Mayhugh of Mayhugh Realty represented the lessee in the transaction.
