Brandon Stoneburner specializes in sales and leasing of Office and Retail properties. During his career, he spent the last eight years in Southwest Florida representing owners of all asset types ranging from land, retail, office, industrial and investment properties.

Prior to joining CRE Consultants, Brandon was a Director with Cushman & Wakefield - Commercial Property Southwest Florida where he was actively involved in over 150 transactions.

Brandon has also worked on the behalf of many national and local companies, as well as state agencies as their tenant representative. His in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and experience provides unparalleled problem solving and creative solutions for his clients’ needs.
