Professional Experience

Bill Young is an Associate with CRE Consultants. He is part of the Retail Team and specializes in tenant and landlord representation. For 10 years, Bill has serviced the Southwest Florida market in all aspects of commercial real estate, from land purchase, site development, leasing up and sale of asset. Bill has first hand experience in the market with many years of construction and retail knowledge.

Bill has been with CRE Consultants for over eight years. He was named Rookie of the Year in his first 18 months with the company. Bill is consistently one of the 5 Top Producers each year and in 2009 was named Top Producer.

Bill was also affiliated with a local developer, closing real estate transactions including leasing and land sales. He moved to Southwest Florida in 1981. He has observed and participated in the tremendous growth throughout the area, working in the construction field until 1987.

In 1987, Bill joined the Ritz Carlton Hotel Company and spent the next 10 years in various management positions. After a successful career at The Ritz, he opened the B.C. Deli, a breakfast-lunch-dinner establishment. After 6 years, he sold the Deli and ventured into commercial real estate.
