Rob Platt, Commercial Property and Tax Law Specialist, Joins CRE Consultants

Platt recently moved to Naples from the San Francisco Bay Area where he worked as a real estate broker and tax lawyer. He has represented clients in all areas of commercial real estate and developed a particular expertise in 1031 exchanges, having testified as an expert witness regarding such matters.
In addition to his CCIM designation, Platt holds a JD from San Francisco Law School and a master’s degree in tax law from Golden Gate University and served as an adjunct professor of tax law for seven years at San Francisco Law School.
