Patio World Home & Hearth Inc. leased 10,099 square feet of retail space at Palm Pointe Shoppes, 11521 S Cleveland Ave, Fort Myers from 2010 Palm Pointe Limited Partnership. Mike Concilla and Brandon Stoneburner of CRE Consultants brokered the transaction.
