We have a new name with the same seasoned team of commercial real estate professionals with over a decade of proven results. Commercial Real Estate Consultants, LLC was formed in 1998 as an affiliate of CB Richard Ellis (CBRE), when three of the area's prominent real estate organizations joined forces to become Southwest Florida's leader in commercial real estate.
More than 50 professionals, including the most experienced staff in the region, serve as trusted advisors for both owners and occupiers of commercial space throughout the Southwest Florida region and beyond. We strategically assess a client's entire real estate portfolio requirements on a company-wide scale, helping to achieve the client's objectives of expansion, consolidation, acquisition, disposition or asset enhancement.
